Kibra resident asks president Uhuru to give him tender to supply alcohol in Parliament.
He says despite Meshack Otieno missing the tender for making hospital beds, he needs to supply alcohol to the statehouse as well and parliament.
" The Virus hits hard the people in slums. Please President gives us tenders too we can supply liquor to parliament and statehouse, " Kibra slums residents shout.
